Inclusion Criteria

All adult patients who,require nasal intubaton for oral, maxillofacial, dental surgeries

Exclusion Criteria

1.Reduced mouth opening requiring fibreoptic guided intubation

2. h/o skull base fracture

3.h/o recurrent epistaxis
