Inclusion Criteria
All adult patients who,require nasal intubaton for oral, maxillofacial, dental surgeries
Exclusion Criteria
1.Reduced mouth opening requiring fibreoptic guided intubation
2. h/o skull base fracture
3.h/o recurrent epistaxis

Name Time Method To compare the incidence of epistaxis between virtual and flexible nasal endoscopy while the size of RAE endotracheal tube and side of nostril determined by using these techniques.Timepoint: just before intubation and 5 minutes after intubation
