Endometrial disease with ovarian endometrioma

Exclusion Criteria

Dis-satisfaction
Cardiovascular disease
Thrombocytopenia
Pregnancy / breast feeding
Patient with uterus malignancy history or having history in the first degree family
Diabetes mellitus
