Inclusion Criteria

Chronicity >1year (if currently under medication for the same, after a washout period of 7days)

Participants eligible for brimhana nasya

Participants who give informed consent

Exclusion Criteria

Participants with recent history of epistaxis.

Known cases of traumatic, infective, inflammatory, neoplastic condition of cervical spine.

Known cases of major systemic disorders hypertension (not taking medication and/or systolic BP >140 and /or diastolic BP >90mm of

Hg), diabetes mellitus (not taking medication and/or FBS >110mg/dL), hypothyroidism (if uncontrolled).

Pregnant women and lactating mother
