Participants who give informed consent
Participants with recent history of epistaxis.
Known cases of traumatic, infective, inflammatory, neoplastic condition of cervical spine.
Known cases of major systemic disorders hypertension (not taking medication and/or systolic BP >140 and /or diastolic BP >90mm of
Hg), diabetes mellitus (not taking medication and/or FBS >110mg/dL), hypothyroidism (if uncontrolled).
