•1.Age between 18 to 29 years.
•2.ASA I and II patients.
•3.Patients having bilateral symmetrical mesioangular impacted lower third molar â?? Similar surgical difficulty.

•1.Patients having acute signs of infection like pain, trismus, cellulitis, space infection.
•2.Impacted tooth having Active caries and Periodontal diseases.
•3.Patients having impacted tooth with periapical bony changes.
•4.Patients give a history of antibiotic or anti-inflammatory drug consumption for the past 7 to 14 days (depends on the drug).
•5.Patients having any medical co-morbidity, especially uncontrolled DM and Bleeding disorder.
•6.Patients taking systemic corticosteroids, immunosuppressive agents,
•bisphosphonates, or cancer chemotherapeutic agents.
•7.Patients with oral submucous fibrosis and radiation-induced fibrosis.
•8.Pregnancy ladies.
•9.Patient having allergy/ adverse drug reaction to any medications.
•10.Patient refusing to give consent.
