Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Age between 18 to 29 years.
  • •2\.ASA I and II patients.
  • •3\.Patients having bilateral symmetrical mesioangular impacted lower third molar â?? Similar surgical difficulty.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Patients having acute signs of infection like pain, trismus, cellulitis, space infection.
  • •2\.Impacted tooth having Active caries and Periodontal diseases.
  • •3\.Patients having impacted tooth with periapical bony changes.
  • •4\.Patients give a history of antibiotic or anti\-inflammatory drug consumption for the past 7 to 14 days (depends on the drug).
  • •5\.Patients having any medical co\-morbidity, especially uncontrolled DM and Bleeding disorder.
  • •6\.Patients taking systemic corticosteroids, immunosuppressive agents,
  • •bisphosphonates, or cancer chemotherapeutic agents.
  • •7\.Patients with oral submucous fibrosis and radiation\-induced fibrosis.
  • •8\.Pregnancy ladies.
  • •9\.Patient having allergy/ adverse drug reaction to any medications.
