Inclusion Criteria
•Aged 10-15 years
•Live within a 30km radius of Dunedin City
Exclusion Criteria
•Have been diagnosed with a sleep disorder or a chronic medical condition that would affect the child completing the intervention
•Are currently under treatment for a sleep disorder.
•Taking any medications that influence sleep
