- •American Society of Anesthesiologists grade I and II. Patient with chronic anterior neck pain, can be localized or radiating. Atypical facial pain. Pain duration > 12 weeks

- •Patientâ??s age <18 years and > 50 years. Facial neuralgia like trigeminal neuralgia. Infectious causes of anterior neck pain. Pain duration < 12 weeks. Patients with history of oropharyngeal carcinoma. Patients with cervical spine involvement and presence of cervical rib
