1.Healthy patients aged between 14 - 50 years.
2.Patients under ASA I & II category.
3.Patients diagnosed with periapical lesion size greater than 2 mm based on PAI score 3, 4 and 5 preoperatively.
4.Teeth with adequate coronal tooth structure for post endodontic restoration.
1.Patients above ASA III category.
2.Patients who are allergic to drugs.
3.Pregnant and lactating women.
4.Teeth with cracks, vertical root fracture.
5.Periodontally weakened teeth.
6.Retreatment cases.
7.Calcified root canal.
