Inclusion Criteria
1. age between 40 to 60, 2. onset duration more than 2 years, and 3. stable medical condition.
Exclusion Criteria
1. the presence of acute psychosis disability such as hallucination or delusion, 2. changing medication prescriptions during the study period, and 3. any history of other disease known to interfere with participation in this study.
