ASA Grade I AND Grade II
Children undergoing laparoscopic surgeries
Exclusion Criteria
Children with a history of allergy to local anesthetic
Children with bleeding disorder
Evidence of peritonitis or septicemia
Presence of hyperthyroidism
Neuritis
Glaucoma
Orbital fracture
Patients refusal
