- •a) Diagnosi istologica di adenocarcinoma del colon o del retto EGFR positivo b) Malattia metastatica non resecabile c) Pazienti pretrattati per malattia metastatica con almeno 2 regimi contenenti complessivamente 5-fluorouracile /Acido folinico (o capecitabina), Oxaliplatino e Irinotecano o pazienti che siano ricaduti entro un anno dal termine di chemioterapia adiuvante a base di Oxaliplatino e che abbiano ricevuto successivamente una linea di chemioterapia a base di Irinotecano/5-FU/AF. d) Eta > 18 anni e) KPS ≥ 60 f) Funzionalita' ematologica, epatica, renale e cardiaca nella norma (precisare i limiti della normalita') g) Tutti i pazienti devono aver ricevuto un precedente trattamento con Irinotecano per almeno sei settimane e deve essere documentata la progressione durante il trattamento o nei tre mesi successivi alla sua sospensione.
