- •1) Patients with irritable bowel syndrome diagnosed by ROME IV criteria
- •2) Over 60 years

- •1) History of abdominal surgery (excluding appendectomy and cesarean section)
- •3) Patients who had used antiphychotics and antidepressants
- •4) Concurrent severe cardiovascular or pulmonary disease and cacer
- •5) Patients who had used probiotics or antibiotics within two weeks
