- 4 years to 12 years (—)
- Sex
- All
Inclusion Criteria
- •age more than 4 year-old
- •ability to spit
- •had not uses antibiotics in the last 4 weeks
- •doesn't have periodontal diseases and inter proximal bone lost
- •not using orthodontic appliances
- •doesn't have systemic diseases
- •had not uses fluoride in the last 2weeks
Exclusion Criteria
- •lack of cooperation
- •using antibiotics during the treatment
- •being under treatment in other dentistry departments
