Young adults(age:20~40) and the elderly(over 65) who can perform moderate exercise(VO2max 40%) for approximately 40 minutes
male/female subjects who have agreed in writing to participate in the study voluntarily
A person who has a problem with his or her physical function and cannot continue moderate exercise(VO2max 40%) for 40 minutes
a person who has a problem with taking essential amino acids
a person who has physical or mental difficulties in participating in research at his/her own will
People who are unable to participate in the study due to time and space constraints
If you have a disease related to fatty acid metabolism (fatty acid metabolic disorder, metabolic disease)
If you are taking drugs that affect fatty acid metabolism (anti-obesity drugs: sibutramine(Reductil) and orlistat(Xenical))
