This is a single arm study to evaluate the efficacy of palash pratisarniya kshara. In this study 30 patients will be administered with palash pratisarniya kshara in the interval of 1 week for the duration of 1 month.

- •Patients suffering from signs and symptoms of arshas 2)Second and third degree piles.
排除标准
- •age below 20 yrs and above 60 yrs 2)first and fourth degree piles 3)inflammed,prolapsed and thrombosed piles.
