This is a single arm study to evaluate the efficacy of palash pratisarniya kshara. In this study 30 patients will be administered with palash pratisarniya kshara in the interval of 1 week for the duration of 1 month.

Inclusion Criteria

1)Patients suffering from signs and symptoms of arshas 2)Second and third degree piles.

Exclusion Criteria

1)age below 20 yrs and above 60 yrs 2)first and fourth degree piles 3)inflammed,prolapsed and thrombosed piles.
