- •1)Patients who are older than 18 years of age
- •2)Patients having midline ventral hernia and planned for elective intraperitoneal onlay mesh (IPOM)
排除标准
- •1)Patients who are < 18 years old
- •2)Patients with an allergy to local anesthetic agents or bupivacaine
- •3)Patients with history of chronic opiate usage
- •4)Patients with history chronic liver or kidney disease
- •5)Patients having pain syndromes
- •6)Patients who will be converted from laparoscopic to an open procedure
