If required, hospitals will be visited, and doctors approached. Data will be collected offline via printed forms and online via Google Forms, including informed consent, demographic details, and study questionnaires and scales namely, Kessler Psychological Distress scale, Professional Quality of Life scale, Portrait Values Questionnaire and Psychological well-being scale. Participants can complete the form once, with reminders sent every two weeks (three times). Non-responders will be noted, and missing data handled statistically.
