Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\) Healthy adults
- •\-Those who do not have the cognitive impairment to voluntarily decide to participate in research
- •\-People who can walk independently in their daily lives
- •\-No orthopedic or neurological damage to the lower extremities
- •\-Those who have not had any inconvenience in daily life due to pain within the last 3 months
- •\-Those whose body mass index (BMI) is 30 or less
- •2\) Low back pain or degenerative arthritis of the knee (over 50 years old)
- •\-People who have no heart or kidney disease, diabetes or nerve damage
- •\-People who can walk independently in their daily lives
- •\-People with discomfort during everyday life due to back pain or arthritis

- •Pregnant women
