Patients of lower UTI who are willing to take part in the proposed study
Age > 18 & <65 years
Subjects of newly diagnosed & conformed cases of lower UTI (Symptoms of dysuria or frequency/urgency of micturation)
Female with child bearing age and not willing to conceive
Normal laboratory parameters tested at screening to be in the range
Normal liver function test (AST, ALT, Serum Total Bilirubin)
Normal renal function test (Serum creatinin, Serum potassium)
Hemoglobin at least 8 gm/dl or higher
Negative pregnancy test (urine anti HCG antibody) in case of female patients
Normal RBS
Subject with lower UTI along with upper UTI (Pain at renal angle (Flank pain))
Subject with BPH
Intermittent perineal-low back pain, obstructive voiding symptoms (Prostitis)
If subject neither has bacterial growth in culture nor has any episode of chronic prostitis
Patient of recurrent urinary tract infection or of renal calculi
Patient with urethral discharge
Pregnancy
Patient with diabetes
Past history of renal disease
Patient with any ECG abnormalities
Subjects with urethral discharge
Patient on immunosuppressive/steroids therapy
Current antibiotic therapy within previous 15 days
Unability to understand trial information
Known resistant cases against study drug
