入选标准
- •Healthy adults (18-50 years) who do not currently engage in shift work and have regular sleeping patterns
排除标准
- •Currently shift workers or night workers
- •Age: > 50 years
- •Body mass index: <18.5 and > 30
- •Diagnosed with type 2 diabetes or taking anti-diabetic medication (oral hypoglycaemic agents)
- •Impaired fasting glucose
- •Taking lipid-lowering medication
