入选标准
- •Adults aged 20-79 years undergoing oblique lumbar interbody fusion(OLIF), direct lateral lumbar interbody fusion (DLIF), or transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion(TLIF) under general anesthesia in operating room
排除标准
- •patient who do not agree to participate in the study
- •patient who has infection sign such as redness, heating aroung the erector spinae
- •patient who has allergy to the local anesthetics
- •patient who use chronic narcotic pain relievers
- •pateient who take anticoagulant or has bleeding tendency
- •patient with psychiaatric disorders such as dementia, delirium
- •patient who has difficulty filling out the QoR-15 questionnaire
