Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Patients with American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I or II undergoing modified radical mastectomy surgery.
  • •Age 18 â?? 65 years
  • •BMI between 18 and 30

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Patient refusal
  • •Pregnant and breastfeeding
  • •Patient on beta-blocker
  • •Patient with AV nodal block
  • •Patient with autonomic dysfunction
  • •Patient with chronic pain on opioids or other analgesics
  • •History of allergy to study drugs
