- •1. ASA I and II patients
- •2. Patients with body mass index between 18-30 kg/m2
- •3. Patient posted for open cholecystectomy
排除标准
- •1. patients with known coagulopathy /thrombocytopenia
- •2. Localised infection at the proposed site of injection
- •3. Inability to comprehend the scoring systems to be employed
- •4. Known allergy to the drugs to be used
- •5. Opioid tolerance /dependence
- •6. Renal/hepatic impairment
- •7. Known cardio respiratory impairment or any neurological disorder
