入选标准
- •1 Acute low back pain and stiffness with a H/O
- •trauma (any type of twisting or stretching of
- •paraspinal muscles due to sudden jerk)
- •2 Onset of symptoms within 4 weeks
- •3 Patients between 25-50 years of age,
- •irrespective of sex, religion, occupation
- •socioeconomic status
- •4 Patients satisfying the diagnostic criteria
排除标准
- •1 Low back pain resulting from osteoporotic
- •fracture malignancy infections and other
- •fractures due to trauma
- •2 Pregnancy
- •3 Patient underwent recent surgical interventions
- •and post surgical backache
- •4 Patient with bladder or bowel incontinence
- •5 Chronic systemic steroid use
- •6 Systemic illness
