Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1 Acute low back pain and stiffness with a H/O
  • •trauma (any type of twisting or stretching of
  • •paraspinal muscles due to sudden jerk)
  • •2 Onset of symptoms within 4 weeks
  • •3 Patients between 25\-50 years of age,
  • •irrespective of sex, religion, occupation
  • •socioeconomic status
  • •4 Patients satisfying the diagnostic criteria

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1 Low back pain resulting from osteoporotic
  • •fracture malignancy infections and other
  • •fractures due to trauma
  • •2 Pregnancy
  • •3 Patient underwent recent surgical interventions
  • •and post surgical backache
  • •4 Patient with bladder or bowel incontinence
  • •5 Chronic systemic steroid use
  • •6 Systemic illness
