Inclusion Criteria
- •1.Between the age of 40 and 70 years old and with full cognitive behavioral capability;
- •2.Stroke risk score >= 3, or with a history of Transient Ischemic Attacks;
- •3.Informed consent was obtained from the participants.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1.With psychiatric disorder;
- •2.With severe impairment of liver and kidney function.
