Willingness and ability of volunteers / patients to participate. Probability that volunteers / patients will be able to complete the study (defined by the ability to lie still for up to 2 hours and to follow potential respiratory commands). Written declaration of consent after clarification

Name Time Method In this study, optimized measurement techniques are used to inquire whether certain pathologies / disease entities can be detected or disease processes can be investigated.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The aim of this study is to optimize measurement techniques as well as to apply optimized measurement techniques in pilot studies with small groups of volunteers. The purpose of these pilot studies is to demonstrate the feasibility and reproducibility of certain imaging techniques. Here hypotheses should / can be generated for subsequent studies.
