简要总结
This study is Single Arm Repeated Measure Design The subjects will be selected based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria, and the study along with its methodology will be explained to them in detail. The outcome measures, including Modified Ashworth Scale [MAS] for assessing spasticity and Chedoke Arm and Hand Activity Inventory [CAHAI] for evaluating hand function in stroke patients, will be used. The intervention will be administered once a week for 4 weeks. Data will be collected at baseline, at the end of 2 weeks and at the end of 4th week. After all data is collected, statistical analysis will be conducted, and the results will be evaluated. The Intervention ESWT, application mode will be manual and on the middle of the muscle belly of FCR, FCU, Pronator teres and Palmaris longus using 1000 shots per muscle, freq. should be 5Hz. -After that assessments will be taken at the end of 2 and at the end of 4 weeks and the results will be compared between the baseline, at the end of 2 & 4 weeks. The treatment duration will be 4weeks (once a day per week) along with the ongoing conventional PT
