Inclusion Criteria

1)American Society of Anaesthesiology (ASA) Physical Status II Undergoing LSCS under SAB

2)Age >18 Years

3)Body Mass Index(BMI) <50 Kg/m2

4)Singleton Caesarean Delivery

5)Gestational Age 35-40 Weeks

Exclusion Criteria

1)Pre-eclamptic Parturients

2)Cardiovascular or Cerebrovascular Disease

3)Placental Implantation Abnormalities Including Placenta Previa,Placenta Accreta and Placenta Percreta

4)Any Contraindication to Spinal Anaesthesia

Primary Outcome Measures

To evaluate the correlation of perfusion index and subarachnoid block induced hypotension in lower segment caesarean section, hence the following will be observed after administration of SAB at 1 min Interval till Delivery of baby <br/ ><br>1) Episodes of hypotension (SBP less than equal to 80% of baseline) uptill delivery of the baby <br/ ><br>2)Baseline and subsequent PI values at 1 min interval to delivery of baby <br/ ><br>Timepoint: To evaluate the correlation of perfusion index and subarachnoid block induced hypotension in lower segment caesarean section, hence the following will be observed after administration of SAB at 1 min interval till delivery of baby <br/ ><br>ï?§Episodes of hypotension (SBP less than equal to 80% of baseline) <br/ ><br>ï?§Baseline and subsequent PI values at 1 min interval to delivery of baby <br/ ><br>
Secondary Outcome Measures

1)Total number of boluses of ephedrine used till the time of delivery.2)Incidence of intraoperative nausea, vomiting (IONV).3)Total Amount of crystalloid administered till the delivery of baby.4)Number of episodes of bradycardia needing intervention till delivery of baby.5)APGAR score at 1 minute and 5 minutes <br/ ><br>Episodes of IONV will be recorded <br/ ><br>Timepoint: Apgar score at 1 and 5 mins
