Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status class II\-III.
- •Patients categorized as Child classification ¿A¿ with a Model for End\-Stage Liver Disease (MELD) score \<10
- •Modified Moemen Score calculated.
Exclusion Criteria
- •If there is any allergy/sensitivity to Local Anaesthetic (LA).
- •Psychatric disease
- •Patients with low Albumin level or had (altered Plasma Protein Binding).
- •Previous surgical scar
- •Patient in need for post\-operative ventilation (Malnutrition, Intraoperative complications).
- •Opioid addiction
