Inclusion Criteria
All abdominal emergency cases with features of peritonitis undergoing laparotomy with open mid-line incision.
All class-IV (dirty) wounds.
Laparoscopy surgeries converted to open surgeries
Exclusion Criteria
Pregnancy.
Laparoscopy surgeries.
Elective procedures.
Allergic to adhesive materials.
