Inclusion Criteria
- 45 years or older
- at risk of cardiovascular diseases
- able to perform a capacity test on a cycle ergo meter
Exclusion Criteria
- at high risk of cardiovascular diseases
- already have a cardiovascular disease
- had previous hart failure or stroke
- have a pacemaker or comparable apparatus
- Subjects may not participate in any form of organised physical - or sports like activity at the start of the study

Name Time Method <p>The activities of daily living is the main parameter. The purpose of the<br /><br>intervention is to help people in becoming more active in daily living.<br /><br>Furthermore the muscle strength and respiratory fitness level will increase due<br /><br>to the intervention. Due to the increased physical activity the subjects will<br /><br>have a decrease in cardiovascular risk and other disease risk factors</p><br>
