1. participants since born to 25 years old, who were planned to received moderate procedural sedation
2. caregivers that take care the participants below 12 years old
3. participants must be administered moderate sedations including ketamine, midazolam and fentanyl to calm down before the procedure
1. reject or defer the study
2. participants that just received the local anesthesia
3. participants that received general anesthesia e.g. muscle relaxants, inhalation agents, inducing agents
