Inclusion Criteria

1. Patients suffering from lumbosacral radiculopathy for 1 months or more and who shows positive SLR test/ Lasegue test and positive bowstring test and positive braggard test.

2. Age between 18 and 65 years.

3. Patients of either sex.

4. Literate patients; ability to read English , Hindi and Bengali as well as illiterate patient will be interviewed by the investigators maintaining adequate privacy to fill up the scales or questionnaires.

5. Providing written informed consent voluntarily.

Exclusion Criteria

1. Patient with history of previous spinal surgery that caused a sensory nerve dysfunction.

2. Participation in a clinical trial within the last 3 months.

3. Autoimmune disorder that impacts the musculoskeletal system (i.e., lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis).

4. Pagetâ??s disease, osteomalacia, or any other metabolic bone or skin disease that influences sensory nerve function.

5. Patients suffering from disc prolapse, psoriatic arthritis and gout, cases willing for or requiring immediate surgical intervention or already underwent any major spinal or hip surgery in last 6 months.

6. Patients who are undergoing treatment with NSAIDs during 6 weeks prior to enrolment in the study.

7. Patients who have known case of any degenerative muscular or neurological condition which can modify the outcome measure (e.g., Parkinsonâ??s disease, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, multiple sclerosis, different myelopathy, muscular dystrophy &c.)

8. Spinal corticosteroid injection within last 6 months.

9. Patients suffering from active or chronic, systemic or local infection or disease.

10. When the radicular pain is due to any invasive malignant disease / neoplasia.

11. Vulnerable population - Unconscious, non-ambulatory, too sick for consultation, differently abled, terminally ill or critically ill patients, institutionalized subjects, mentally incompetent people.

12. Diagnosed cases of unstable mental or psychiatric illness or other uncontrolled or life- threatening illness affecting quality of life or any organ failure.

13. Pregnancy, puerperium, lactation

14. Patient under tobacco chewing and/or smoking, alcoholism and/or any other form(s) of substance abuse and/or dependence.

15. Self-reported immune-compromised state AIDS, Hepatitis &c.

16. Already undergoing homoeopathic treatment for chronic disease within last 3 months.
