Pulmonary hypertension(PH) predicts the worse outcome in patients with chronic heat failure. Medications have been tested in the setting of PH. Previous studies reported the improved exercise ability without reduction of hemodynamics. Pulmonary arterial denervation has never been studied in these patients subset

- Male
入选标准
- •Chronic heart failure (ischemic or non-ischemic);
- •Secondary PH defined as mean pulmonary arterial pressure (MPAP)>25 mm Hg at rest;
- •NYHA II-IV;
- •Left ventricular eject fraction<=40%.
排除标准
- •Idiopathic PAH;
- •Interstial Lung disease;
- •Connective tissue disease;
- •Chronic thromboembolic PH;
- •Portal hypertension;
- •non-left side heart failure.
