简要总结

This study aims to compare the effectiveness of  Agility Drill Training (ADT) and Square Stepping Exercise (SSE) in reducing fear of falling and improving balance in older adults aged 60 to 75 years. It is designed as a randomized prospective controlled clinical trial to be conducted at two old age homes in Hyderabad over a period of 8 weeks. Participants will be randomly assigned to either the SSE group or the ADT group. Balance and fear of falling will be assessed using the Berg Balance Scale (BBS) and Fall Efficacy Scale (FES) at baseline and after 8 weeks. The estimated total sample size is 50 participants.
