- •1. BMI between 18.5 to 25 Kg/mÃ?²
排除标准
- •1. History of smoking or taking other leisure drugs
- •2. Consumption of alcohol in the previous 24 hours
- •3. History of antibiotic usage 4 weeks prior to the study
- •4. On iron supplementation therapy (3 months)
- •5. On medication such as NSAIDââ?¬•s, proton pump inhibitors or H2 blockers 2 days prior to and on the study day
- •6. Participation in any nutritional study in the last 6 months
- •7. History of food allergy, specifically milk, cereal (ragi/rice/wheat), pulse or meat protein
- •8. Diagnosed with chronic medical or surgical illness
