- EDSS grade 5 or higher
- age less than 18 years
- the patient is not diagnosed with multiple sclerosis EDSS grade less than 5
- refusal of the subject to participate in the study

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Hypothesis 1 3 months Increase in respiratory amplitud. It will be measured by the meter.
Hypothesis 2 3 months Increase in spinal development in the sagittal and frontal plane. It will by measured by spinal mouse.
Hypothesis 5 3 months The quality of life of patients with MS is improved subjectively evaluated through MSQOL54 questionare.
Hypothesis 3 3 months Increase in walking speed measured by T25FWT. It will by measured by stopwatch.
Hypothesis 4 3 months Balance improvement in the Berg balance scale. It will be measured by the Berg balance scale questionare.
