i) Subjects between age group of 18-45 years requiring non-surgical endodontic therapy in mandibular posterior teeth (1st and 2nd molar) with periapical pathology having periapical index score(PAI) score >=3 (2-5mm )
ii) Subjects with either canine or group functional guided occlusion.
iii) Teeth with adequate clinical crown
i) Subjects with para functional/ occupational habits
ii) Restored/missing adjacent or antagonist natural dentition
iii) Teeth with aggressive or active periodontal disease
iv) Teeth with radiographic evidence of root resorption
v) Teeth with previous history of endodontic intervention
vi) Subjects with systemic ailments impairing the healing
vii) Subjects not willing to participate in the study
