入选标准
- •Brain injury patients with glasgow coma score of less than 10 at admission and age greater than 18 years and less than 60 years.
- •CT scan brain should be available.
- •Pre-injury Karnofsky score should be 100%
- •Written and valid consent of relatives
- •Medicine admnistered after 48 hours of the injury
排除标准
- •less than 18 years or allergic/ hypersensitivity reaction to the medicine
- •Pregnant patient
- •pre-existing illness
- •Alcohol dependancy
