入选标准
- •Based on an Age-appropriate SDNN value
- •Age: 20 and 65 years
- •Both genders
- •First-ever ischemic stroke
排除标准
- •History of Atrial fibrillation and Rheumatic heart disease.
- •History of Arteriovenous Fistula, Arteriovenous Malformation,
- •A history of Haemorrhage, Malignancy
- •Sustained hypertension (systolic BP >180 mm Hg or diastolic BP >100 mm Hg)
- •History of Systemic diseases (Thrombocytopenia, Renal failure, cirrhosis)
- •History of Severe symptomatic peripheral vascular disease (PVD) (lower extremity Vaso-occlusive disease)
- •Pregnant woman
- •Diabetic mellitus ( > 5yrs)
- •Bleeding diathesis, Active thrombophlebitis
- •Complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS)
- •Obesity (BMI: 30-39.99 kg/m2)
- •Patients who are under medication of Beta-blockers, anticholinergic, muscle relaxants, antiadrenergic, and diuretics drugs.
