1) Patients undergoing procedures requiring general anaesthesia
2) Patient must be on calcium channel blockers therapy
3) American Society of Anesthesiology (ASA) 2 patients
4) Patients in age range 19-60 years
1) Patients on pacemaker
2) Patients who are diagnosed with any form of arrhythmia
3) Patients with compromised kidney function (GFR less than 60 ml/min/1.73m2)
4) Patients posted in an operating theatre not equipped with SPI monitor
5) Patients who are on tourniquet as tourniquet pain may affect SPI value
