Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\) Patients undergoing procedures requiring general anaesthesia
- •2\) Patient must be on calcium channel blockers therapy
- •3\) American Society of Anesthesiology (ASA) 2 patients
- •4\) Patients in age range 19\-60 years
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) Patients on pacemaker
- •2\) Patients who are diagnosed with any form of arrhythmia
- •3\) Patients with compromised kidney function (GFR less than 60 ml/min/1\.73m2\)
- •4\) Patients posted in an operating theatre not equipped with SPI monitor
- •5\) Patients who are on tourniquet as tourniquet pain may affect SPI value
