1) Patients who have been diagnosed with delirium by a psychiatrist based on DSM-5 diagnostic criteria
2) Patients confirmed positive for delirium in Confusion Assessment Method-Intensitve Care Unit (CAM-ICU)
1) People with acute complex neurological diseases (active seizure, brain tumor, acute hemorrhea, etc.)
2) Patients with a history of extrapyramidal diseases such as Parkinson's disease or Neuroleptic Malignant Syndrome (NMS)
3) Baseline QTc interval > 500
4) Patients diagnosed with major neurocognitive disorder (dementia)
5) Patients with a history of psychosis
6) Patients who are considered to have delirium due to alcohol or substance/drug induction and withdrawal
7) Patients who have history of administering antipsychotics within 48 hours
8) Patients who are unable to respond to verbal or physical stimulation due to hearing loss, visual loss, etc
9) Patients who are pregnant or lactating
