- •Acute or chronic renal failure
- •Increased liver enzymes 3 times normal with gastrointestinal symptoms or abdominal pain and nausea and jaundice or increased liver enzymes 5 times normal - liver cirrhosis
- •Active gastric ulcer
- •Dissatisfaction with entering the study
