Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •\- An adult patients (18\-70 year of age) who has been diagnosed with moderate\-to\-severe OSA defined by AHI more than 15 events/hours and optimal pressure titration was achieved, defined by RDI \<5 event per hour at such pressure which is determined by split\-night polysomnography

Exclusion Criteria

  • •\- Denial of CPAP
  • •\- Previous exposure to CPAP
  • •\- Unable to achieve optimal pressure
  • •\- Indicated to use other form of PAP or oxygen therapy
  • •\- Central Sleep Apnea
  • •\- Co\-morbidities such as severe cardiopulmonary disease
  • •\- Cognitive barrier
  • •\- Plan to travel or migrate recently
