Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •\- An adult patients (18\-70 year of age) who has been diagnosed with moderate\-to\-severe OSA defined by AHI more than 15 events/hours and optimal pressure titration was achieved, defined by RDI \<5 event per hour at such pressure which is determined by split\-night polysomnography
Exclusion Criteria
- •\- Denial of CPAP
- •\- Previous exposure to CPAP
- •\- Unable to achieve optimal pressure
- •\- Indicated to use other form of PAP or oxygen therapy
- •\- Central Sleep Apnea
- •\- Co\-morbidities such as severe cardiopulmonary disease
- •\- Cognitive barrier
- •\- Plan to travel or migrate recently
