Inclusion Criteria
Patients diagnosed as Pakshaghata (CVAwith hemiplegia)
Patients who are yogya for Virechana karma, Basti karma and Snehpana
Age group of 20-60 yrs will be selected
Mild to moderate hypertensive shall be considered
Chronicity limits below 1 yr
Exclusion Criteria
Patients of Intracranial infection
Degenerative lesions
Intracranial space occupying lesions and trauma
Patients with altered sensorium
