Inclusion Criteria
1.ASA grade I and II
2.Lower limb orthopaedic surgeries
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patient refusal
2.Patient with spine deformity,localized sepsis and raised intracranial pressure
3.Impaired mentation,neurological,psychiatric,neuromuscular,cardiovascular,pulmonary,renal or hepatic disease
4.Allergy to drugs under study
5.Morbid obesity
6.Coagulation disorders
