Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.ASA grade I and II
  • •2\.Lower limb orthopaedic surgeries

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Patient refusal
  • •2\.Patient with spine deformity,localized sepsis and raised intracranial pressure
  • •3\.Impaired mentation,neurological,psychiatric,neuromuscular,cardiovascular,pulmonary,renal or hepatic disease
  • •4\.Allergy to drugs under study
  • •5\.Morbid obesity
  • •6\.Coagulation disorders
