Patients included in this study will be in the age range of 18 - 40 years
-Will be having single-rooted permanent tooth with closed apex.
-The selected patients will be without known allergic reactions to any of the antibiotics used or systemic disease.
-Patients with Diabetes Mellitus, Coronary Artery Disease, Peripheral Vascular Diseases & Cancer.
-Patients on Long term Corticosteroid therapy.
-Patients with immunocompromised status.
-Pregnant and Lactating females.
-Patients with generalized chronic periodontitis.
-Patients having non-restorable teeth.
-Teeth with previous root canal treatment.
-Teeth with developmental anomalies.
-Teeth with external and internal resorption.
-Teeth with calcified canals
