1)Patients with residual probing depth >= 5mm with localized/ generalized periodontitis involving more than 3 teeth in single quadrant.
2)Full Mouth Plaque Score <20% at the time of the surgical procedure.
1)Any intrabony defects or recession.
2)Patients having any known systemic diseases and/or drug therapy which may interfere with wound healing.
3)Habit of smoking, tobacco chewing, or any other habit that might influence the healing or the treatment.
4)Pregnant or lactating women.
5)Patient undergone any periodontal surgery at least 6 month prior to procedure.

Name Time Method healing outcome and VAS score,Plaque scoreTimepoint: Healing index will be recorded at 7 days, 21 days. <br/ ><br>VAS score will be recorded at 2hour,8 hour,24 hour after surgery. <br/ ><br>Plaque score will be recorded at baseline, 7 days and 21 days.
