No any history of shoulder pain or pathologies.
Exclusion Criteria
Patient refusal
Shoulder pain
Patients with known history of shoulder pathology.
Patients with known history of Rotator cuff pathology.

Name Time Method to find out the incidence of supraspinatus tendinopathy in the adult population without any clinical signs and symptoms.Timepoint: 1 month
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The sonological findings that will be taken into study include Fibrillary disruption,Neovascularity within the tendon, Presence of Calcification in the tendon. Depending upon these findings the sonological screening will confirm the presence of supraspinatus tendinopathy and grading will be doneTimepoint: 1 month
